I love these people. I brought my Surly KM from them a few years ago and the experience was excellent. Recently outfitted my KM with the Surly 12 pack front and rear disk rack. Again, flawless experience. They have a great inventory of quality products for bikepacking. Sure, I buy little purchase like water bottle cages and what not from my local stores but If the price is over $100 I’m heading to their website.
