I ordered a fender for a bob yak trailer that I got on Craigslist. It arrived without the mounting wire, so I emailed info@bikeshophub.com. They mailed me the mounting wire right away. Occasional mistakes are inevitable in any business, and how they are dealt with is the real key to being a good company... and Bike shop hub did the right thing no questions asked. I will definitely use them again.
