I couldn't be happier with these guys! I got an email saying that my bag was on backorder and attached at the bottom of the email with the phone number of the warehouse manager, Darren. I called him up and within three minutes he had tracked down a few of the bags and within hours after that I got a notification that my order had been shipped. It arrived a few days later packed properly and in great condition. The description on the website was exactly what I needed for my bicycle. Thank you guys! You have earned a customer for life.
