I thought I ordered a new stock Ortlieb seat bag however what showed up was a bag without any original packaging that had a few scuff marks on it, etc. It appeared to be a return. It was close enough to be in acceptable condition that it wasn't worth it to return but I will not be shopping with this vendor in the future.
