I could not be happier with the service Matt provided me at Bikeshophub. From a personal phone call when he realized I wasn't receiving his e-mail replies, to many more phone calls and e-mails helping me with selection and installation, he helped me get the part I needed for my "out of production" Kidarooz trailer so my kids and I could get back on the road. The distance between my location in WA and his in AZ didn't make a difference. I received amazing service from start to finish. Thank you, Matt!
