Excellent service, prompt delivery, exactly what I was looking for. I enjoyed the homespun video describing the product, but the Ortleib video describing the bag's mounting system is a cacophonous, hard to follow, and downright irritating. You can pass that along to Ortleib. Their products are great, but that video, at least, has got to go!
