I was able to find the backpack I was looking for at a great price and then for the extra win I had to call them for help checking out and got somebody on the line who was able to guide me through my issue (and it really was *my* issue) and made sure they'd make sure everything turned out ok! They lived up to and went way beyond the recommendation I'd gotten to use them.
