I ordered a frame bag for my new adventure bike. I ordered a medium Revelate Ripio bag, based on hand measurements. But when it arrived, it was too large, even though it would have been the right size for my road bike and my touring bike. Bikebagshop promptly accepted my return and sent a smaller bag. Lesson learned: Use a cardboard cutout to size frame bags. It was my mistake, and the merchant was gracious and prompt.
