After scouring the web for an item, it was BikeShopHub.com that not only had it in stock, but had the lowest price to boot! The online ordering was painless and well laid out. The item arrived in an acceptable amount of time and communication was great. Fortunately, I had no reason to test their customer service skills other than placing an order as everything arrived as described and in perfect shape. I will not hesitate to order from BikeShopHub.com in the future and have bookmarked them to check their website first.
