The prices were great and beat all other sites. Shipping was quick and delivery was as expected.
Navigating the website however, is quite difficult.
Suggestion: When I search for a keyword (like "eagle"), give me an option to search the whole site. Rather then being forced to select a catagory. I initially left the site thinking you didn't have all the parts I needed. Then later realized I had to do several searches to select several different catagories (shifters, derailures, cassettes, etc).
