Josh, the owner of Campfire Cycling, provided back and forth discussion regarding my rack and bag purchase. He answered questions in a detailed fashion. He provided a level of service as close to an LBS one can experience through email. I am in the market for a front rack and I will be buying it from Campfire because of their customer service.
