I had been looking into panniers for a while, more specifically Ortlieb panniers. I was having difficulty finding the one I wanted in terms of availability in the United States. I saw a link to authorized Ortlieb dealers and clicked on Campfire Cycling. Guess what? They had my bags, in the color I wanted, and even better they were on sale with free shipping! I was sold! I made the purchase over the weekend, and it said that they would ship on the next business day. The shipping estimate chart put it arriving to me in Philly (from AZ) by that Friday. I had a few questions about my order, and they called my cell that Monday before shipping. They were super friendly and helpful! Very knowledgeable! My bags arrived perfectly on Friday as predicted. I was so happy with my experience I told my husband if we’re ever in AZ we’ll have to stop and check the store out! What a great experience.
