I just got the front pannier rack by Surly. It arrived quickly. The price was right on. The order went through easily over my cell phone. The rack assembled nicely, my first time putting one on! Nice product! But it makes my rear pannier look wimpy, guess I’m going back for the rear rack. Great job. Will be back!
