Really glad to have CampfireCycling as another bicycle gear shopping option. Website looks nice, e-mail updates were sent to me that helped me know where my order was in the process, etc. Price was competitive. Wish shipping could have been free, but made relatively small purchase and realize this can be tough for smaller companies (or even larger ones). Biggest complaint (and reason I dropped rating from very good to goo) is I found website navigation confusing. It was hard to find what I was looking for. I found the item through an online search/google search, and thus was able to go straight to item. But, when trying to navigate to the item on the site, it was hard. Same goes for trying to find other things. I think some work could be done there.
