I ordered 3 Revelate Design bags and I received 2 of them very quickly. The third was back-ordered and unfortunately took twice the stated back-order window. However, once it came in, it was promptly shipped to me and they reshipped it for free when it was returned do to an address error on my part. I found the website easy to navigate and the checkout seamless.
