I ordered a CO2 inflator; the package arrived early, however, the ordered item was not in the package. No problem, that can happen to anyone. The good that came out of it was that the response from Campfire's Customer Service representative was immediate, cordial and eager to make things right. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had.
