Excellent customer service, I sent a single email to Campfire inquiring about a rack and panniers for my Surly Ogre. I sent the same email to my LBS that turned into a 10 email infinite-do-loop exchange. Greg responded from Campfire with a recommendation and links to the products and to email him back if I had any further questions. I purchased the items immediately. Thanks for the great customer service.
