Ordered a pack that was on back order, I called to see an expected shipping date and explained I was going on a trip the following week. The person I spoke to said that a shipment arrived that day, he then dropped what he was doing and opened the shipment. What I ordered was not in the order however a different color was. After checking to see that it wasn’t already spoken for. He switched my Oder around and shipped it out that day. All of this during COVID-19 madness I know the pace of bike shops and personally I would not been treated so well at my local bike shop.
