First off, these are the only people in the states I could find stocking the Carradice pannier. Myy old ortliebs did me well, but the canvas bag is not only better looking, it's better for the environment. Then when the bag arrived with some parts missing, they were quick to help and get me the missing parts with help from the distributor. All around a great experience. Hats off to Campfire Cycling for great service and great items, and cheers to Carradice for an awesome saddlebag!
