About a week after an expensive tent arrived (shipped from UK va FedEx to US), I got a duty bill from FedEx for 25% of the cost ($450). The purchase said free shipping, apparently not duty free shipping. There was no way to calculate the duty fee. Customer service tells me they have a calculator on the site, but it's a joke. Unless you know where the item was made (which was NOT on there site) its impossible to calculate. A simple tent, bought in the UK, that was apparently made in china, has a huge tariff. I was straight up told from customer service that it's impossible for them to know where every item they sell is manufactured.... well guess what, if you don't have this info, the end user gets stuck with a bill. They simply don't care. Will never buy from them again. 0 Stars.
