“I purchased a brand-new camper from them and had to request a tongue plate? It was brought back for some issues; wrong parts were ordered, ridiculous freight charges added. There was damage that was my fault, however the insurance estimate was approximately $500. Then when I would pay for it out of pocket to save money it went to $880, upon completion it was $1100. At no time could anyone tell me what parts were repaired. Also upgraded the jack and when told I would pick the old ne up the original that was on it was “thrown away” they “all are”. The sales rep outside blew his nose on the ground, wiped it with his hand and then attempted to shake my hand inside. As soon as you pull off their lot you are a stranger. The communication between booger in the service department all the other “managers” and corporate was horrible. Not to mention the unit was dead upon picking it up. Save yourself time and a hassle and do not go to Camping World!!!!”

“About a week after an expensive tent arrived (shipped from UK va FedEx to US), I got a duty bill from FedEx for 25% of the cost ($450). The purchase said free shipping, apparently not duty free shipping. There was no way to calculate the duty fee. Customer service tells me they have a calculator on the site, but it's a joke. Unless you know where the item was made (which was NOT on there site) its impossible to calculate. A simple tent, bought in the UK, that was apparently made in china, has a huge tariff. I was straight up told from customer service that it's impossible for them to know where every item they sell is manufactured.... well guess what, if you don't have this info, the end user gets stuck with a bill. They simply don't care. Will never buy from them again. 0 Stars.”

“We ordered Domtec 390 on 17th it arrived today 21st by Parcle Force securely boxed and in excellent condition .. deff using this company again .. + it was free delivery from England .. now to get it on caravan”

“Ordered ~ £500 of products on 13th July, still waiting for delivery on 1st August. Customer service very poor, no proactive updates and staff on a call only interested in justifying themselves. - Ordered online 13th July - Payment taken from my account 16th July - Advised on 16th July by email that there was not stock and they hoped to have some in around 1 week - Had to chase again on 24th July as no proactive update from Camping World - Advised on 24th July stock would arrive on 25th and be sent to me by fast delivery - Had to chase again on 27th July as no proactive update from Camping World - Advised on 27th July delivery would be made that day or on 30th July - 30th July delivery attempted - no fast delivery just standard parcel force with no time slot notification - 30th July had to agree to pay £5.50 and spend time on calls to Parcel Force to re-arrange delivery - 1st August, still no delivery seems an issue with the address on the Parcel Force side. usual lack of service from Camping World when call in, best they can offer is refuse delivery if you're not happy”
