I love it.
I have both types of pine pollen, Ponderosa and Lodgepole, in powdered form
And I have both types in tinctures.
I often sprinkle the powders in my husband's oatmeal and in my salads. They are nice addition on a piece of gluten free bread toasted, with walnut butter then a sprinkle of one of the pine pollens. Sometimes I combine with a sprinkle of powdered rose petals or fresh thyme from my garden.
I find the flavor of the Lodgepole to be more gentle so it's my favorite of the two.
Using the pine pollen is a nice connection ritual to our ancient forests. And I love this company. Burgess is wonderful to work with in making selections.
