Seems great, I only have positive things to say so far. It’s only been a week, so I haven’t had time to try the Lodgepole pine pollen yet. I started with the Ponderosa, which I enjoy mixing into a cup of lemon water 5 days a week. It’s pretty much tasteless, goes down very easily and I love lemon water, so very enjoyable to drink. No negative side effects for me so far, I’ve been healthy and active, (as much as I can be right now without gym access during current lockdown in Toronto) and I feel great.
