I started using pine pollen about a year ago to boost my Testosterone as I’m a competitive power lifter My max squat has increased 100 lbs from 395 to 495, which is unheard of for a 56 year old. I attribute this to my hard training which pine pollen has allowed me to do and to the wild Alaskan salmon I’m eating every day. I’m now in a position to attempt a natural world record squat as soon as Covid is over
