After two weeks of using this pine pollen I notice a huge difference in how I feel and my overall performance. I can’t recommend this pollen enough. I got the powder (both lodgepole and ponderosa) and love it. Next time I might try the tinctures to compare to the powder, but either way you couldn’t go wrong. Products arrived quickly and well packed. Thank you!
