I purchased the 2 types of tinctures for my first order. the second day of taking it I felt a
lightness in my knees for some reason! To be honest I am not noticing much other change yet.It has been 3 weeks now. I would like to try the powders as they function more nutritionally I believe. Thank you. Naomi
