I've taken pine pollen from China before, but after taking this stuff I'll have to say I was wasting my time and money before.
I had a rough few years with my health and as I got out the end I thought I'd give pine pollen another go as it has lots of benefits, and it's definitely helped me get my edge back, placebo or not... take my money 💰 🤣😂
