I purchased my first bottle a few months ago. My body said "wow" after a few days. I took the tincture 2-3 times a day for the first few weeks and now take it once or twice daily. Increased energy and Clarity. It is obvious my body needed pine pollen tincture! I will continue this regime. Thank you for such a great product!
