Two of us are in our third week of taking the pollen. There has been a subtle change. I can immediately feel the impact when under the tongue for a minute or so. I believe I was hoping for more energy, and would still greatly welcome that if that comes my way in the future. I miss it when I do not take it for the 2 days off. My mind seems clearer right after taking the pollen. Slow start but I can feel the potential.
