Do more evaluations to your mechanics, do some trainings.
I had very bad experience at your garage, after I paid 700$, my car started to have some noises although I didn’t have it before the service, your mechanic said that all mazda 3 cars have this problem when replacing the brakes, I have to wait until the rust builds up and the noise will go away. It’s just not right.
If your employees do mistakes, they need to learn who to fix that, not just cover it with silly reasons.
