I'm a loyal card holder and I applied for a second card to travel.
accepted and activated my card to Google wallet and then waited for my card to come.. it can and when I went to actually activate I was forwarded to a phone operator which said they actually did a 2nd review and declined it without telling me with out notice.. and I have the new card and welcome letter in front of me.
When I spoke l to the manger she applaugized and Said ..nothing of value I feel the lack unprofessional people there need to be actually taught how to do there job and notify someone if they change a decision... I'm not mad about the card decline I'm mad that they couldn't reach out and say so .. up til now I thought customer service was great there but this blows my mind
