Attended to return an item at customer service. Happily no line up and the staff was simply a delight. Jyoti service is to be commended, friendly, smiling, helpful and thoughtful in her approach to the item being returned. Canadian Tire has a gem in this employee as she is exactly who you want to represent your company. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from one of your staff members at the customer service desk. From the moment I approached the counter, Jyoti was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service, taking time to listen and process the return efficiently. It's rare to come across someone who shows genuine care and dedication to their role and customers.
