Not at all. I am furious having bought 3 Bissel machines one up right cleaning machine, 1 upright vacuum machine and a pet spot machine and I want immediate attention. Being of senior age we cannot indersand the Lingo so I would like better machines and do not deserve this type of service and would like this matter taken care of as soon as possible. I was going to pick up 2 patio chairs which I now had put aside but now have second thoughts
