I had a problem with the website (probably due to my fat thumbs & temperamental phone rather then the actual site.) It meant I had to phone my order in & it was dealt with immediately. Ordered on Monday delivered on Tuesday. Recipient was really pleased with contents - especially the fluffy blanket which she said was a lifesaver. Customer Service was great & they contact you afterwards saying that they hope you never have to use them again, but if you do here is a discount. Outstanding company & fantastic idea if you have someone going through cancer. Many many thanks. x
