I got this for yong cousin who just Been diagnose of food pipe cancer and liver cancer who only 16 which shock us all as we know to well but it normally found much old people so got this help though chemo take mid of thing bit he was rilley overwhelmed with it but love it

I was a bit worried about the package as it had not been delivered 3 weeks after ordering. Just when I was going to contact the company, I got a message that it was out for delivery! My cousin was so surprised to receive it. She loved all the items and even took the water bottle and pillow with her that day for her chemo treatment😁. The next day she texted to say the candle was the best thing ever. So happy I could send her some support and comfort from ‘Across the Pond’.

Initially the parcel did not arrive and I had to chase it with teh company. The bt that they have on their page is useless asnd definitly needs improvment, if it is to stay in place. When I eventually got hold of them, the cusotmer service was fantastic, I couldnt fault it. Theu got the parcel to my friend and also sent more items as goodwill and also refunded the cost of the parcel. It would have been better if the parcel just got there in the forst place but I couldnt fault the customer care.

What an amazing and thoughtful parcel designed for cancer patients. The one I bought in particular was for terminal cancer. It was very well received and appreciated. Favourite was neck pillows.

Credit where credit is due, the thought of gifting someone who has had a cancer diagnosis is daunting but this care package is carefully put together. It arrived quickly and after noticing an item is missing I emailed the company and had a swift response and resolution off the owner. The parcel looks amazing and been very well received. Thank you cancer care parcel. Please note mug and water bottle have been added separately. Hamper above is not included.

Received item quickly but shipping was as much as the package itself. All items were helpful, fun and educational. Have yet to forward it on to patient so I don't know what her reaction is.

This is a giftfor a friend who is fighting throat cancer . He is 2 weeks away from finishing his chemo/radiation treatments. I am pretty sure he will smash it happily when done . Thank you kindly .

Wrong colour of t shirt delivered and as it was for last day of chemo on 22/5/24 I would not have had replacement on time. Very disappointing, also I contacted cancer care parcel company to explain they had gotten my order wrong and message I sent to them was returned unable to reach them. If you are wanting a specific item for a special day I wouldn’t bother.

The heart shaped cushion arrived on time and looked like the one in the picture. These shaped cushions really help . I had a similar cushion when I had my op and it helped me a lot
