“Initially the parcel did not arrive and I had to chase it with teh company. The bt that they have on their page is useless asnd definitly needs improvment, if it is to stay in place. When I eventually got hold of them, the cusotmer service was fantastic, I couldnt fault it. Theu got the parcel to my friend and also sent more items as goodwill and also refunded the cost of the parcel. It would have been better if the parcel just got there in the forst place but I couldnt fault the customer care.”

“The eye mask and and soft neck support/pillow were both good quality but the hot water bottle cover (sheep design) was very disappointing - not very soft or comforting at all and not what I expected.”

“The gift arrived without any problems and the person it was sent to greatly appreciated it. My only complaint is the cost of shipping - which was almost half the cost of the gift! Since then I have found other options with free shipping allowing me to actually buy more gifts more often for my cancer patients.”

“Not really value for money from what’s in the parcel. Purchased for a friend just diagnosed with breast cancer and thought it would be nice.”
