About Cancer Care Parcel:

After Dr Shara Cohen was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013 she found there was very little time to just relax, take it all in and give herself ‘me’ time.

With all the appointments, liaising with work, telling the people who needed to be told…… there was little time to digest what was happening, research the practicalities or to just relax.. So she set up Cancer Care Parcel, to enable children and adults with cancer to take some of the worries away and bring some calm back into their lives.

Wrong colour of t shirt delivered and as it was for last day of chemo on 22/5/24 I would not have had replacement on time. Very disappointing, also I contacted cancer care parcel company to explain they had gotten my order wrong and message I sent to them was returned unable to reach them. If you are wanting a specific item for a special day I wouldn’t bother.

I have just received the Deluxe Mastectomy Gift Set from my family. When opening the box I found that the Hand Cream is out of date (18.05.2022) and the Hand Sanitising Gel was also out of date (10.06.2022). I have informed my family sender who is contacting Amazon. While writing this review I would like to say the slippers are far to large for women.

I am so sorry that this happened, I have just seen this review, but at the time we did correspond by Email adn gave a full refund. We are looking into why this happened and will make sure it doesn't happen again

Thank you for this opportunity. I was in a hurry to help a friend when I ordered the ginger candy for her. I did not realize until I had completed the order that the shipping for a small package of candy that cost $4.99 was $39.00. This shipping cost seems unreasonable. I immediately sent an email off to request that the order be canceled but there was no response. Rather I ended up spending $44 for 150g of ginger candies. Very disappointed.

We did actually contact you as soon as we realized what had happened, we had already dispatched the item so gave you a full refund PLUS the item for free. I was surprised to see this negative review. Please contact us privately if we can do anything else for you
I felt the quality of the items included was poor given the cost of the item and I expected a little more from the packaging. Would not order again, even though I think the concept is very good.

It was delivered and left without a signature The recipient didn’t get get it. It should have been returned to sender since the recipient wasn’t there

Dear Beth, we have now tried to contact you through several channels and cant seem to get in touch. We absolutely hate giving our customers a bad experience. Please do get in touch as soon as you can so we can sort this out.
The courier have told us it was delivered Thursday 11th November at 17.50pm. Please can you get in touch, as we cant get hold of you by email or phone. We would like to rectify this as soon as possible. We just need to know what's going on. Thanks a lot and sincere apologies again.
