“Credit where credit is due, the thought of gifting someone who has had a cancer diagnosis is daunting but this care package is carefully put together. It arrived quickly and after noticing an item is missing I emailed the company and had a swift response and resolution off the owner. The parcel looks amazing and been very well received. Thank you cancer care parcel. Please note mug and water bottle have been added separately. Hamper above is not included.”

“Received item quickly but shipping was as much as the package itself. All items were helpful, fun and educational. Have yet to forward it on to patient so I don't know what her reaction is.”

“The heart shaped cushion arrived on time and looked like the one in the picture. These shaped cushions really help . I had a similar cushion when I had my op and it helped me a lot”

“I was diagnosed with Advanced Stage 3 Prostate Cancer in November of 2022. CT, MRI, Bone, Prostate Biopsy and PSA tests confirmed my PC diagnosis. My Chemotherapy treatment started in January 2023, 6 sessions apart every 3 weeks. I start my Radiotherapy in early June, 20 sessions then I ring the bell. To commemorate the ringing of the bell I wanted something to wear, I resurched and found a Cancer Care Shirt. Looking forward to showing it off”

“Delivered really quickly. Socks were a little big for a female box but I can use them so not wasted. Headphones broke apart on first use so I have bought others separately. Otherwise thank you for the package.”

Almost all out packages get sent as gifts, so this issue you have had is very important to us and we will look into why you did not find this easy. Thank you for highlighting this isssue

I am so sorry that you were disappointed and we have to agree with you. During this lockdown it has not been as easy to get our usual supplies and we have had to make substitutes. We are so sorry for this and apologise that our gifts are not up to their usual standard. Please email us directly and we will refund you.
