“I extend my highest praise to Cancer Care Parcel. Not only was the parcel luxurious (as accurately described), but the recipient was overwhelmed, impressed, happy, and grateful. It is apparent that a lot of careful thought went into the contents of the box. Cancer Care Parcel is responsive and helpful at a time when recipients and purchasers alike are sad and anxious. “I felt the quality of the items included was poor given the cost of the item and I expected a little more from the packaging. Would not order again, even though I think the concept is very good.”

Dear Beth, we have now tried to contact you through several channels and cant seem to get in touch. We absolutely hate giving our customers a bad experience. Please do get in touch as soon as you can so we can sort this out.

The courier have told us it was delivered Thursday 11th November at 17.50pm. Please can you get in touch, as we cant get hold of you by email or phone. We would like to rectify this as soon as possible. We just need to know what's going on. Thanks a lot and sincere apologies again.
