They were out of stock of one of the corals I ordered and notified me promptly. They replaced it with one equivalent in value and added a freebie zoanthid to compensate :) One of the zoas I ordered had an extra polyp on it too. They were friendly about throughout the whole process as well. I couldn't ask for better customer service. These guys live up to the reviews I'm seeing on here.
