Nice livestock, excellent customer service! Always good customer communication, selection, packing and support from Arielle. My recent shipment arrived a day late at 54F. A quick, before hours, call to the shop resulted in instructions from Afnan for the fastest acclimation I have ever done that saved the fish and many of the corals and inverts. Replacement was handled quickly and well by Katy and the team. This is a great group. I am confident placing orders online for delivery 1500 km away, even in the winter.
