It used to be that I could determine the scale factor for a digital photo and say that a picture should be resized so that the small dimension would be some exact number of inches. This would then make the longer dimension a larger number of inches plus some fraction. That option no longer seems to exist, one can only choose whole numbers of inches. In addition, I requested white wrap around on my pictures and you sent me wrap arounds that extended the picture. It used to be simple and straight forward to get what I wanted from you, now I can't and will use another vendor.
