very disappointed with their website and i still have not received their shipping confirmation, it has already been 2 weeks. Contacted customer service a few times, they were nice and helpful, but i still have not received the shipping confirmation. I already received the other order which was made at the same time with this order sometime last week. This is RIDICULOUS!!! I will not purchase anything with them in future anymore.
Things went bad after they changed the designer, maybe this is the main reason?
