The website acted up over a 24 hour period so it took 2 days to check out. Then the order arrives and it's wrong. You sent qty 3 16'x20' of the same picture, when I uploaded a different photo for one of the 16x20! I tried the chat and the email customer service and no one is helpful. By no one, I mean not one person responded by email and 1 person responded on chat until I told her there was a problem...then she no longer replied.
