They have messed with my order several times. This time it was really too much they would crop the prints and then upon complaining they would offer the prints when I confirm through email to send me the print they were stop responding. I contacted them many times, but none of them would reply at all every time I get to hear the same stupid question that I should receive the confirmation within 24 to 48 hours and this is totally, annoying. If this is happening to anybody, I would recommend to keep secure all the chat transcripts and emails and then file a claim against them to your bank or credit card company, so that you can receive your money back
