“Ordered an extra thick frame for durability, arrived with a large crack in the backing that puts a small crater in the image. Asked how to fix it and have gone back and forth 3 times asking for more images, usually a day or two in between emails. Gave up when they asked for a video. Too much hassle for a $35 product supposedly worth $200. Image is good from a distance but would order it with the increased quality if it was going to be seen closer up. You do have to sign for it, but they'll also send their own email confirming it was delivered. Big hassle for a cheap product. Will still use what I ordered as the image is fine. Would not recommend to a friend.”

“The design on the umbrella panels were off, which messed up my design. The rivet/eyelet to keep the umbrella closed would not snap at all and was put on the wrong way. I'm glad that I ordered it as a sample because I was really dissatisfied.”

“I did a few minimum and a little higher grade and some of my pictures were dark and didn't order retouching. I was happy with all the pictures I received. I will edit and use better quality photos and upgrade and I think they will like professional photos. It was crazy that it came over seas faster than FedEx could deliver them from their warehouse 40 miles away. It kept saying had attempted delivery but couldn't due to signature. Which ended up not being true it was just the weekend. I got my free one on friday as anticipated but my others didn't get delivered until Monday. This is a problem we have had many time with FedEx and I don't believe it was Canvaschamps issue. I only mention this because some people mentioned shipping issues.”
