“The canvas print itself is great. However, the hanging hardware was not really correct. The slot which would hold a screw was mounted so that it was on the bottom, not on the top. In other words, the larger hole that you would put the screw into was on the top and the slot the screw should fall into was on the bottom. The hardware was mounted to the top of the canvas frame so it was backwards.”
“I love the prints, however communication is terrible. I had a small issue with a very large acrylic and while it's very hard to notice, I still wanted to report the issue and submitted a ticket twice with no response. I still give 4 stars because the overall value for quality is really really good.”
