Estimated delivery was 3/2, it’s 3/6 and I get no information or status from you except and errant delivery confirmation follow up. Come on, historically you’ve been way than this. I called the number on their website, and the person said it should be delivered within “24 to 48 hours”… Really? that was last week...Wow. Well… today is Monday, March 2nd of 2026, and it still isn’t here. I went to their website to check the status of my order, and it still says “In Production”… really??? Wow. They haven’t even sent a note to apologize or explain why it’s taking so long. Nothing.

I had to apologize to the person this gift was meant for. I’m glad I didn’t go ahead and order a major artwork printing job with them — I would be hitting my head against the wall by now!
