“This by far has been the worst experience I ever had as a client. My order did not only come very late after many attempts to cancel. I asked them to cancel the shipment, whey said they would by chat and send me a refund that they never did. Instead they sent me a bubble head totaaly ugly, very different than what I asked for and very different than what they offer online. The item was supposed to be custom-made bubble heads looks nothing like the photo that I sent, it has no definition. Looks like a Play-Doh doll that a three year-old made. I’ve been contacting them several times online and they have been disrespectful with promises and keeping me waiting literally offering .10 cents refund.

“Be very wary of placing an order with them. I placed an order for a Christmas present on 11/7/25. Just received my custom couple bobble head, on 01/21/26. The paint is still wet, my husband has thumb missing, and it looks awful, not anything like us. I paid a good amount of money, for something that will going in the garbage. Very unhappy.”

The item was defective, and instead of fixing the issue, they made excuses and offered a pathetic 15% good will gesture, after already agreeing to process a full refund, but prolonged it hoping you’ll give up. “I purchased personalised mat as a Christmas present for my nephew, and it was extremely disappointing. When I opened the mat to look at it, it began cracking, and you could hear cracking sounds non stop, which is completely unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to be durable and fit for regular use—especially given the price.
What made the experience worse was the horrible customer service. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, the company was dismissive and unhelpful. I felt brushed off rather than supported as a customer who received a clearly faulty product. I have contacted them way before Christmas, but their slow response made it impossible to offer any solutions in time.
A Christmas gift turning into a hassle is the last thing anyone wants. Poor quality combined with poor customer service means I won’t be purchasing from this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.”

“My items arrived on time. However, the quality is so bad. I ordered decks of cards- the cards are super thin and the printing of the suits and #s is so bad a blurry and no sharp lines. The pictures of mine on the cards turned out nice but these cards are essentially useless. Card quality really sucks. I totally do NOT recommend buying the cards. The cards are not crisp at all- will make playing with them very hard.”
“slow, poor quality and difficult to communicate with. The pic shows the poor quality cut of the vinyl adhesive to the acrylic backing - ripped and not cut. As this was one of 5 pieces - they are all like this and always on the bottom. The poor cut isn't the root problem leading to this review which is poor communication leading to them printing the wrong files despite assurances they wouldn't. Now I am out of pocket by a few hundred dollars with nothing to show for it.”
“I ordered an outdoor door mat. What was sent wouldn't last a week outdoors. It is a soft spongy piece of trash that will absorb water and dirt at an equal pace (which isn't good since it is bright while). I expected a coir or rubber-backed outdoor mat. These went straight into the trash.

“I’ve placed 4 separate orders with Canvas Champ, totaling 8 canvases, and unfortunately, every single one arrived faulty, defective, and far below the promised quality. This company markets so-called “premium services” like HD printing and lamination, charging customers extra for these options – but what they actually deliver is basic, low-quality prints with none of the premium features included. Not a single canvas I received had lamination, and the printing was definitely not HD.
This isn’t a one-off issue. After speaking with other affected customers, it's clear that Canvas Champ has been engaging in this deceptive behavior consistently and internationally. They exploit the trust of overseas buyers by maintaining onshore bank accounts and payment gateways, creating the illusion of legitimacy. But once they have your money, the story changes.
Customer service is nonexistent. They ignore emails and, once they recognize your phone number, they simply stop answering your calls altogether. This is a deliberate tactic to avoid accountability.
I have reported this company locally and am currently awaiting their final response, but given their track record, I’m not hopeful. I strongly advise anyone considering them for printing services to stay away. They are not just delivering poor service – they are cheating customers outright.”

“Had i known it was coming from India, I wouldn't have ordered. They gave me an eta and I still haven't received it because its in Belgium. This was a sentimental birthday present that isn't going to make it to the birthday and I ordered it 3 weeks before. I thought that was enough time since the rated themselves so high. And I love how they have the American flag in their logo, very misleading! I just hope the quality is worth the wait and frustration 🫤”
“It was 2 days before its expected delivery date and I had gotten no notifications or updates that the order was shipped. I reached out to customer support and they apologized, said their machine was down and would be up soon, and then would send it out priority. It was now 3 days past estimated delivery date and still no update about shipping. I reached out again and the order was still not finished, more apologizing and would get it out as soon as they can. I told them I wanted to cancel, they told me not to and wait. Now I get a notification saying it was delivered and it wasn't. They refuse to give me a full refund, only 11%, which is ridiculous. Their customer support is impossible to work with. I will never be ordering from them again and this is a warning for everybody else to avoid them as well.”
“Horrible experience! I was so excited to get my blanket and I asked for a name in the bottom left corner of the blanket. Which was there. But they added the name a second time in the center of the blanket ruining the picture. They refuse to fix it and say I customized it like that. I wouldn’t have put the name twice and I would have never put it in the center of the picture ruining it. Won’t be ordering from here again!”
