“They sent me a canvas print that was not the size I ordered. Their excuse is that their prints are handmade. Apparently the people making them don't know how to measure. They refused to give me a refund.”
“My 30x30 is unpresentable. I see lines of the printing. The acrylic had imperfections on the top, the color grade was nothing close to what i approved (despite paying extra for it), and even though i specifically emailed to ask if my image would hold up in a 30x30 - it didn’t. A disappointing experience unfortunately.”
“If there were 0 stars, I would give them that. Worst service and product. I ordered a bobble head, and it was absolutely disgusting. It did not match the picture I provided, and the quality was awful. It arrived more than a month late, there were no updates provided. I had to reach out to customer care every other day to find out the status. If the quality were good and the bobblehead matched the photo I provided, I would have forgotten about the delivery delay, but the quality is simply awful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

Estimated delivery was 3/2, it’s 3/6 and I get no information or status from you except and errant delivery confirmation follow up. Come on, historically you’ve been way than this. “Awful. I ordered a 14" x 11" canvas print on February 12, 2026, at 12:33 PM, and they said it would be delivered via Standard shipping (Estimated Delivery: Monday, February 23, 2026).
I called the number on their website, and the person said it should be delivered within “24 to 48 hours”… Really? that was last week...Wow. Well… today is Monday, March 2nd of 2026, and it still isn’t here. I went to their website to check the status of my order, and it still says “In Production”… really??? Wow. They haven’t even sent a note to apologize or explain why it’s taking so long. Nothing.
I called the number on their website, and the person said it should be delivered within “24 to 48 hours”… Really? that was last week...Wow.
I had to apologize to the person this gift was meant for. I’m glad I didn’t go ahead and order a major artwork printing job with them — I would be hitting my head against the wall by now!
No more. Never again, CANVA CHAMP. You should not promise business deals & delivery dates that you simply cannot meet.”
“The order was incomplete and took 5 weeks longer that the estimated delivery day, but when I actually received the complete order it was HUGE disappointment. My first 4 bobbleheads arrived on time and were great the next 3 boobleheads that arrived 2 weeks later, were not even finished painting, but the painting looked like a 2nd grade color contest. The eyes, lips and face were incomplete and sloppy - so so bad, part of the leg wasn't even painted. The kids with a full head of long hair looked like he had a buzz cut and receding hair line. I would NOT recommend this company. I can not use the 3 bobbleheads that were sent to me for my senior boys, I have to have these redone be another company...I can't afford or trust these guys to make it right. I called and each time I talked to someone they told me they would call. me back, but I never got a call back and this is completely unacceptable.”
“This by far has been the worst experience I ever had as a client. My order did not only come very late after many attempts to cancel. I asked them to cancel the shipment, whey said they would by chat and send me a refund that they never did. Instead they sent me a bubble head totaaly ugly, very different than what I asked for and very different than what they offer online. The item was supposed to be custom-made bubble heads looks nothing like the photo that I sent, it has no definition. Looks like a Play-Doh doll that a three year-old made. I’ve been contacting them several times online and they have been disrespectful with promises and keeping me waiting literally offering .10 cents refund.

“Be very wary of placing an order with them. I placed an order for a Christmas present on 11/7/25. Just received my custom couple bobble head, on 01/21/26. The paint is still wet, my husband has thumb missing, and it looks awful, not anything like us. I paid a good amount of money, for something that will going in the garbage. Very unhappy.”

Currently disputing charge with my credit card company. I went to a competitor. I will never recommend this business to anyone!”
“Low-quality product and useless customer service. The item was defective, and instead of fixing the issue, they made excuses and offered a pathetic 15% good will gesture, after already agreeing to process a full refund, but prolonged it hoping you’ll give up. Complete waste of time and money. Avoid this company. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.”
“I purchased personalised mat as a Christmas present for my nephew, and it was extremely disappointing. When I opened the mat to look at it, it began cracking, and you could hear cracking sounds non stop, which is completely unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to be durable and fit for regular use—especially given the price.
What made the experience worse was the horrible customer service. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, the company was dismissive and unhelpful. I felt brushed off rather than supported as a customer who received a clearly faulty product. I have contacted them way before Christmas, but their slow response made it impossible to offer any solutions in time.
A Christmas gift turning into a hassle is the last thing anyone wants. Poor quality combined with poor customer service means I won’t be purchasing from this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.”
