slow, poor quality and difficult to communicate with. The pic shows the poor quality cut of the vinyl adhesive to the acrylic backing - ripped and not cut. As this was one of 5 pieces - they are all like this and always on the bottom. The poor cut isn't the root problem leading to this review which is poor communication leading to them printing the wrong files despite assurances they wouldn't. Now I am out of pocket by a few hundred dollars with nothing to show for it.

I ordered an outdoor door mat. What was sent wouldn't last a week outdoors. It is a soft spongy piece of trash that will absorb water and dirt at an equal pace (which isn't good since it is bright while). I expected a coir or rubber-backed outdoor mat. These went straight into the trash. Attempted to upload photos to show the poor quality, but kept getting "we could not upload / try again later" error

I’ve placed 4 separate orders with Canvas Champ, totaling 8 canvases, and unfortunately, every single one arrived faulty, defective, and far below the promised quality. This company markets so-called “premium services” like HD printing and lamination, charging customers extra for these options – but what they actually deliver is basic, low-quality prints with none of the premium features included. Not a single canvas I received had lamination, and the printing was definitely not HD. This isn’t a one-off issue. After speaking with other affected customers, it's clear that Canvas Champ has been engaging in this deceptive behavior consistently and internationally. They exploit the trust of overseas buyers by maintaining onshore bank accounts and payment gateways, creating the illusion of legitimacy. But once they have your money, the story changes. Customer service is nonexistent. They ignore emails and, once they recognize your phone number, they simply stop answering your calls altogether. This is a deliberate tactic to avoid accountability. I have reported this company locally and am currently awaiting their final response, but given their track record, I’m not hopeful. I strongly advise anyone considering them for printing services to stay away. They are not just delivering poor service – they are cheating customers outright.

My purchase didn’t arrive by the date promised. I received an email that said my purchase had been delivered. I was told it still hadn’t shipped and was still in production. Still no tracking. Email was fake from the company

Had i known it was coming from India, I wouldn't have ordered. They gave me an eta and I still haven't received it because its in Belgium. This was a sentimental birthday present that isn't going to make it to the birthday and I ordered it 3 weeks before. I thought that was enough time since the rated themselves so high. And I love how they have the American flag in their logo, very misleading! I just hope the quality is worth the wait and frustration 🫤

It was 2 days before its expected delivery date and I had gotten no notifications or updates that the order was shipped. I reached out to customer support and they apologized, said their machine was down and would be up soon, and then would send it out priority. It was now 3 days past estimated delivery date and still no update about shipping. I reached out again and the order was still not finished, more apologizing and would get it out as soon as they can. I told them I wanted to cancel, they told me not to and wait. Now I get a notification saying it was delivered and it wasn't. They refuse to give me a full refund, only 11%, which is ridiculous. Their customer support is impossible to work with. I will never be ordering from them again and this is a warning for everybody else to avoid them as well.

Horrible experience! I was so excited to get my blanket and I asked for a name in the bottom left corner of the blanket. Which was there. But they added the name a second time in the center of the blanket ruining the picture. They refuse to fix it and say I customized it like that. I wouldn’t have put the name twice and I would have never put it in the center of the picture ruining it. Won’t be ordering from here again!

They are terrible. The printed product was supposed to be black and white but did not come out that way and they refused to offer a refund. Don’t buy from them. Customer service is also terrible.

this is a non us based company. delivery was scheduled for 3 weeks ago an I still have not gotten my product due to customs issues. I do not recommend this company nor will I ever buy from them again.

Product arrived damaged after shipping from India. Reached out to customer service 7 different times via 4 different methods and can’t get a single reply. Avoid this company.

I ordered two things to include in a silent auction basket, thinking they would arrive in time once seeing the estimated delivery date. I had a little bit of wiggle room and figured if they were a couple days late, no problem. Not only was shipping slow once they were finally shipped (they came from India), they weren't even shipped until after the estimated delivery date. They were almost 2 weeks late and could not be included in the basket. The playing cards were great, but the fleece blanket wasn't the best quality. I will end up keeping these for myself, but it was a waste of money for the auction basket.

Horrible quality. I ordered a Metal print and the colors were completely wrong and the print quality is out of focus. Do NOT order from this company. They say they have many locations (US, Canada etc...) but shipping is from India and you will wait a while to get your order.

HORRIBLE! RIP OFF! INDIAN company operating as a CANADIAN company! This is how I received the print: - Shipping package was open and damaged - Print was damaged and scratched off - Horrible print quality (not to mention no wall mounting structure) - FEDEX even supplied a note that they had received the package open I sent in pictures attached here for proof and asked for refund. They keep sending me emails from different FAKE names: Larry, Troy, Perry, Maxwell, Lawrence asking how I want the refund even though I kept telling them to refund back to original card. Just wasting time by deploying delay tactics. After weeks of back and forth this is their response: “Regarding your refund request, as the order was shipped and delivered, we are unable to offer a refund.”

These guys are total rip off artists. Paid my money and then they said my item was still in the basket. Took 9 days to get a response, ruining Christmas, and 3 weeks to get my money back.

Extremely disappointed with the product quality. The wrapping around the corners, rectangular shape and the wooden frames are all below par quality. Hope there was an option to return these products. Will never recommend Canvas Champ to anyone. Absolutely disheartened and hope others don’t go through our experience.

Ordered personalized socks for co-workers on Dec. 5th. Estimated delivery by 12/16. They have not delivered and still say “In Production”. Emailed with order numbers asking for an update and their reply was a stock email asking for the order number. Clearly a delay tactic. Thinking I may have been scammed and my product never was or is being made.

Ordered a few thousand dollars worth of metal prints in November. Said they will be delivered December 2. Nothing. I looked up the ordered and it had notes that it was waiting to be approved. I had approved it back in November. I tried calling. Their website says “Talk to a live person, 24 hours a day”. That’s a complete lie. No one answers, puts you on hold immediately, then after 20 minutes says leave a message. Major Red Flag! It’s a scam website. Don’t order. I am currently trying to get my credit card refunded.

Taking ages to deliver the item. When contacted them, this was their reply “ Due to a backlog of an overwhelming number of orders, many orders are delayed and currently in various stages of production. Our production team is sincerely dedicated to dispatching orders to meet deadlines. A delay in the delivery can be expected. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via email”

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought. What a joke yeah the prices are good but I got mugs and there for the size of a child not what I was expecting. And the clock I bought was made so badly that the pieces were falling off. What a waste of money and what a waste of Christmas time that now I can't replace.

Worst website! I couldn’t put a shipping address different from the billing address so I tried to cancel. I hit the cancel button and about an hour later I got a charge. I called to resolve the problem and you’re telling me there’s no water here I paid for it. Their chat was no help at all! He kept asking me to email them a screenshot of the charge. I am not sharing my credit card statement with anyone! Now, I have to dispute the charge!
