It was 2 days before its expected delivery date and I had gotten no notifications or updates that the order was shipped. I reached out to customer support and they apologized, said their machine was down and would be up soon, and then would send it out priority. It was now 3 days past estimated delivery date and still no update about shipping. I reached out again and the order was still not finished, more apologizing and would get it out as soon as they can. I told them I wanted to cancel, they told me not to and wait. Now I get a notification saying it was delivered and it wasn't. They refuse to give me a full refund, only 11%, which is ridiculous. Their customer support is impossible to work with. I will never be ordering from them again and this is a warning for everybody else to avoid them as well.
