“I'm very pleased with the quality of the prints. However with the bogo sales it became very confusing. I had to call them to explain that there is nothing showing that you need to order the same size or that the size I'm ordering is not part of the bogo sale. In the end I had to order a different size.”
“First off the canvas was perfect no complaints about that. However I ordered with express delivery and received the package 4 days later than when it was supposed to be delivered.”
“I ordered metal print, the packaging is ridiculous. They wrapped 3 metal pieces just i the plastic foil and taped it together, so the items got scratched and damaged on the corners.”

“Canvaschamp produced a very nice print for me, but it arrived late. I had contacted them through their chat and reps kept telling me it was in production. As the days and chats continued I kept asking that they check with production and not just rely on the status screen I thought they must be looking at. Only 2 days after the predicted delivery date did a rep finally do that and it was, in fact not where it shoudl have been. I must say that they then produced and shipped it same day via overnight Fedex. I could not have asked for more once they admitted to the problem.”
“For the price they are pretty good although the sizes are generally shy of the actual supposed measurement making if off ( gaps) if framing . The quality of print also is not as good as it once was . This time the sawtooth hangers were not even closely aligned for hanging and had to be redone before giving as gifts .”
“If I could leave a review on just the canvas purchase I would give 5 stars as they turned out beautifully. However FedEx is awful and delivery was 5 days later than expected and then the amount of plastic wrapped around the prints.... I know it is to protect them but for the love it took me like 10 minutes to get all of the plastic off so I could wrap the gift. This is my first purchase from the company and maybe my last due to the FedEx issue alone.”
“I usually buy from canvas champ for the last 5 years and they are the best. But this time, the picture is not perfect and the white line is there on the picture. I would prefer that they should give me replacement soon . Thank you”
“Product price is good, the product itself is ok. You get what you pay for. The photo is curled over the edge of the canvas some so it’s not fully centered. The surface isn’t super flat (I can see the bump of the wooden stretcher behind it). So, it’s alright. Not great.”
“Received the little picture books. They were basically pictures adhered to look like a photo book. Very disappointing. They were inexpensive and I could have upgraded but still. I could have had a bunch of pics just printed”

“My pillow came in a TUBBERWARE container with plastic wrap holding it together 🤦🏻♀️ 10/10 for creativity on the shipping. Print was nice, lil off center but works.”
